I’m gonna start blogging again I miss it.  I may not spell super perfect but I have a lot of beauty knowledge and swatches coming up.  No one reads my blog but it’s still fun to write about what you love.

So what do I do if my haircut turns out to be a disaster? (way shorter then I wanted it) I go buy the lipgloss i’ve been eyeing up for awhile but never could take the plunge on an almost $40Can lipgloss.  But today feeling like total shit I bought my first Lancome La Laque Fever lipgloss in Electric Pink.  So pretty, still don’t like the price but today I don’t care.  I wanted to buy more but if we ever get to Quebec I won’t have money left over for anything else.  I did put my Mac Color Craft stuff away so I can buy it when I return.  I put away Cheeky Bronze MSF, 226 brush and lipglosses in Electric Edge and Funky Fusion.  So that’s all taken care of.

I really should be doing stuff like packing but i’m sitting here depressed and making lists of stuff I want.  I did do my laundry though so one thing is done.  I don’t even really wanna go on vacation knowing I feel like shit.

In other news I went and saw Transformers 2 today, it was pretty good.  A little crazy on the explosions.  Seriously if you had a drinking game going, and you had to drink each time there was an explosion you would be drunk so fast.  Then we went for gelato..yummy watermelon and pina colada flavor.  Then we picked up my pills and I bought a Buffy Omibus for the drive.  Now I own them all, unless they make a new one.

I got my Magenta blush from Mac in the mail and my Stila Indian Summer Palette.  I won’t be getting my eyeshadows before we leave, as no mail gets delivered on Canada Day.

New Collections for fall that are not Mac are coming out.  The Smashbox one looks promising i’m liking the Double Take Lip Color in Current or Amaretto.  Urban Decay is releasing 2 face primers and if there anything like UDPP I want in and a new eye product called Ink for Eyes, looks promising.  It’s so much easier to keep up with a brand that releases 4 collections a year then Mac that releases over 50.

Been busy with my honey being back.  He suprised me and came home a day early.  He was busy with work till today and now he’s on vacation.  I also havn’t been sleeping well as I got the lovely blood shot eyes to prove it.  We are getting our fence installed and they arrive early and blast the radio just outside my window…so I can’t sleep unless it’s quiet so I’m screwed till they’re done.  But when they’re done we are packing up and going to Quebec and Winnipeg to visit family.  So I might have to pick up some visine to fight my blood shot eyes.

I did have time to get the drugstore and get me some Gosh stick eyeshadows.  I got them in Love that Dolphin and Love that Cool Mint.  I did do swatches of every color they had, just for fun.  I also bought a new foundation but i’m not done testing it out, so I dunno how I feel about it just yet.  All I know is the brush is scratchy so that will probably be returned.

I finally saw some swatches of Color Craft blushes and i’m not loving any…None are a must have.  I’m still sticking with Cheeky Bronze and maybe Smooth Merge, that middle strip is the only part I’m loving.  I’m not a fan of MES so that’s a pass, must get the 226 as I missed out during BBR and I might get Made with Love lipstick from this launch.  For the Eurisocrats II I’m eyeing Milan Mode and Costa Chic and of course Vie Veneto dazzleglass.

Last night my Invisible Illness group was cancelled again so we headed out to watch Pierre-Lucs friends band called Clockwork Mouse perform at a bar.  I never heard them live, but they were decent.  I would listen to them again.  The show didn’t start till later because the opening band was late.  I wore my new Clarity and sky blue shadow over my new Gosh Love that Dolphin stick eyeshadow but it was super late to take pictures when I got home.  Plus my eyes are blood shot.

Tonight I downloaded Hellboy 1 to go with Hellboy 2 I taped in HD.  Pierre-Luc hasn’t seen either so add popcorn and it’s a movie party.  Tomorrow he has his pub crawl but will go hang out at his friends before he goes and I will be working on a website most of the night.

Wow all weekend and today has been rain and gray skys. Not the best weather to swatch or take pictures of makeup. I did finally get un lazy and depot a few shadows. I still use the no heat method, It just works and I feel I burn myself less. I did use a candle to take the label off the back. Everything went well and now I have most eyeshadows in my palette, I seem to reach more for shadows that are all organized in my palette then the pot type. I left soba in pot so I can take it with me on vacation for my brow color. I’m going to try not packing that much makeup..will see.

Even if this day was horrible I got a lot of yummy stuff in the mail. My blowdry lipstick came, such a pretty color. I regret not buying it from BBR so I found a good price and bought it right away. My sigma brushes came as well. The dupe for the 188 and 187. I just washed them tonight so I can play with them tomorrow. And my Mothbrown and Firespot shadows came as well. Been waiting for those guys. Such pretty colors and I got a decent price for these L/E shadows, so I was happy. Now i’m waiting on my blush and stila palette and I just bought Vellum and Amber lights in pro pan in a sale today. I doubt those last 2 things even shipped out tomorrow will get here before I leave. I hope the person that picks up our mail does it regulary. I hate leaving makeup in the mail box to melt.

So hopefully I can take some pics tomorrow.  It depends on the weather.  I’ve been looking at NYX lipsticks, I might pick up a couple in Quebec, they look nice.  I wrote down a few colors to check out.

Pierre-Luc comes home soon, I can’t wait.  He’s busy the last few days of the week and then he’s on vacation.  I can’t wait to have him home.

I’m very impressed with Macs shipping. I ordered my Sumo haul monday and I got it early yesterday morning. So early I almost forgot to throw on a shirt to answer the door. I’m happy with my little haul. I wanted to stay under a $100 and I actually did. So proud of myself. I usually go a little crazy with sales.

Tons of new Mac info has come pouring in about the fall collections in the last few days. The new collections are all one after another and i can’t wait. Me being the nerd I am, have already added the dates and the items I find interesting to my spread sheet of makeup. I’ll probably make a little page about the upcoming collections to keep me organized. Here are the “names”

I finally got to try out my Urban Decay Midnight Cowboy lipstick. It’s described as sheer beige shimmer. And it’s actually that, I like it though very pretty alone or over another lipstick. Here are a few swatches. FYI, my skin is garbage right now.

I gotta depot my naked honey eyeshadows and a few others. Must stop being lazy. I already made labels for the top of my palette so I can see what color i’m using without having to pick up the shadow to look underneath, can’t wait to add them.

So i’m a bad girl, I woke up this morning and checked some blogs like I normally do and I found that sephora was selling the stila charmed palette for $10 us on there site. Well I wanted this palette when it was $29 us, so I couldn’t pass up that deal. So armed with my credit card it came to $22 Can with shipping. God I hate sephora shipping, how 1 thing can cost $10 dollars to ship is beyond me. But I hope I get it before I leave, I hate the amount of time it takes sephora to ship in canada.

My childhood came back to me last night. I started to watch Tiny Toons that i downloaded, my god it’s still so cute and funny. I only watched 2 eps because I wanted to watch my last True Blood but I can’t wait to watch more. And finally new True Blood tonight, can’t wait. I’ve been staying away from the blogs so I don’t get spoiled. It looks much different then the book. I read the books but it didn’t have half of these characters in it, so I hope season 2 is awesome.

My boy will be back in a week now, I miss him. I got his e-mail last night and he told me he was feeling under the weather. Which if you knew Pierre-Luc he doesn’t get sick much. Me on the other end, gets sick a lot. My immune system is not award winning. So I hope he gets better, i’m sure his job is not as fun when he’s sniffling. Poor baby.

Today was my first day alone in the house..And i’m pretty bored. I actually went out and mailed those 3 letters I needed to mail. I wanted to rush one letter to my mom for her b-day but it was an extra $12, that’s just crazy. I didn’t take pictures of my makeup today because all I put on was cover up, well dressed blush and popster TLC from the Hello Kitty launch. Nothing amazing but it got the job done. I’m loving well dressed blush though from mac, it gives just a nice baby pink cheek. I think i’ll wait to depot my strada blush till after my trip so I don’t need to take my whole blush palette and risk it getting broken.

Been downloading up a storm today, i got Confessions of shopaholic, all the tiny toons episodes, the last 2 eps of make a super model. Time to sit in front of my tv for endless hours. (sad that i already know who won make me a supermodel. Hate spoilers that are secretly in posts.

I gotta make supper soon, i’m really hungry but I just don’t feel like making dinner for 1. I’ll find the energy soon enough.

So my boyfriend left early this morning for sea again. It’s only 9 days this time and then we have our vacation. I’m so looking forward to being back home at the beach and going to Quebec, I really like Quebec in the summer. Plus I keep begging my boyfriend to bring me to Mac Pro and Makeup Forever free standing stores in Montreal. I would go haul crazy at both, and he knows it.

I didn’t do much today, I worked on a website, mailed a few letters and watched tv. I did a pretty makeup look with purples/pinks/blues. Still learning to take better photos, these turned out ok, atleast you can see the colors this time. And yes I gotta tweeze, so lazy though.

Today the sun is trying to poke through the clouds. On and off. Yesterday I was in a horrible mood and I just felt like crying. Everything was pissing me off. I can’t believe how much my mood is affected by weather. Anyway today is saturday and I think we’re going to see The Hangover later today. It looks super funny. I used my new eyeshadows from the naked honey collection. I found they were hard to photograph, maybe cause there so light and probably because I still suck at taking makeup pictures. Here you go. Wow, if you could look outside my window you would just want to crawl back into bed. Which is exactly what I did this morning. I took a bath and read my newest book (The Forest of Hands and Teeth) which is so good. Then I played my new Starfy DS game and took a nap. I woke up to the same fog/rain combo as the morning. On days like these I don’t feel like doing anything. No makeup or even getting dressed, unless I know I have to go somewhere. Tonight is all about movies and cuddling.

I did take a quick picture of my nail polish from the new Sephora Mermaid in the Shade Collection. My boyfriend brought me back Underwater Fantasy and Mermaid to Order. Both very pretty shades. I’ve been wearing Underwater Fantasy for more then a week now and it’s starting to chip. I’m happy if my nail color lasts more then 3 days. I wear Sally Hanson Diamond Shine top and base coat. I find it works the best so far to keep my nails from chipping.

As you can see it’s chipping but atleast the color is still super pretty it’s described as “shimmering light cornflower blue”. This is 3 coats, could have used more but I got lazy. Plus i’m no pro at painting my nails, so I need to keep practising.

Next up is Mermaid to order on my toes. Hopefully we have sandle weather soon, so I can show it off.
